Is the Chao arc the last arc? Will the manga continue from volume 17 or is volume 17 the last volume for the original negima manga.... I was wondering cause since there is the new negima neo manga out does that mean they will stop the old one?

The neo manga is a serialization of the new Negima!? series (sort of
). It doesn't happen within the same context as the original Negima manga.
