Well, first of all.... flims and books with gratuitous rape and violence is watched and enjoyed by the viewers as an audience. Games like Raplay is a little diffrent than those. It's not the explicity of the content in itself, but the fact that you take initiative to control your character to simulate raping someone. There is a diffrence between passive and active experience, so it's understandable for retailers to separate the two.
