Ever since the MoM patch, I've been building that over a banshee's veil, resulting in much stronger duel potential and a good +40 dmg per rocket. At least his shield was left intact after its last nerf, it's borderline sufficient to solo dragon without taking any damage at LV13 now.
Saw an Eve today, TriForce+W+LV2 boots give her 620 MS. Fair damage output, nice range on that ult, awesome shield (300 dmg per champion hit...is that a 1.5k shield!?).
