My personal analogy: Israel=Americans, Palestinians=Native Americans. Native American probably saw those colonists as invading their lands. It's not hard to see the Palestinians thinking the same of Israelis. The US only had peace with the natives and assimilates them into citizens after they were subjugated by force. Also, why was Israel built on their current borders? I mean, why not the supporting nations share their lands for Israel to build on? Why impose it on unwilling Palestine?
