Actually, Sharingan no Sasuke's Chidori and Kakashi's Raikiri are a
little different. I have tested this in multiplayer. If you use the specials at the same time (When this happens, the two character's faces will pop up in the middle of the screen, which happens when two players use their special at the same time) and charge the whole time, Sasuke's will always hit Kakashi. Sasuke's travels much faster.
