Well if anime has a more to go and focuses on Mio more this time it would shift again to Mio's favor. And since in teh last volume we finally got some Mio focus in terms of relationship and romance (she was lacking of it) so it may go each way as far as the end girl.
The author may see the votes and think "Oh shit - maybe I am doing something wrong if heroine is just second best. I need to focus more on her from now on." or "Yuuno is more popular between fans so I need to give them her end."
But while anime did boost Yuuno (not surprisingly as she looked like the main heroine than Mio and had more focus throughout the series) it should eventually fade away and Mio will probably overtake the popularity top again.
