No, Ichika still got transported into AU, where AU Dan unwillingly faking his own death. All of it is definitely misunderstanding: AU!Dan think it's from the future, not alternate universe. It wasn't until he met male Ichika that realize that yes, it wasn't a time travel.
So, Earth 1 Ichika got transported to Earth 2, where Earth 3 Dan also got transported to Earth 2. Dan 2 think the crapsack world of Earth 3 is bad future, and Dan 3 died in his place.
