Theoretically, if she immobilizes his head with her hands and places her boobie on his neck and then pulls his head towards her, her boobie might compress a little, but then it start applying pressure on his trachea. Whether this can be done IRL needs further study, no doubt there will be here many blocks here that would not mind to risk hypoxia, but we will be hard pressed to find one female strong enough
and with boobies bigger than the frontal length of a male jaw.
