{A1}- [Best Storyline & Plot] Tsuritama
This came down to Tsuritama and Chihayafuru for me. But as I will be voting for Chihayafuru in several other categories I wanted to to vote for Tsuritama in something. Not to mention it was an original story so I think it deserves this award.
-{A2}- [Best Visuals & Animation] Hyouka
-{B0}- [Best Action-Adventure] Fate Zero
-{B1}- [Best Fantasy] Natsume Yuujinchou Shi
One of my favorites of the year. Probably doesn't have a chance but good luck Natsume.
-{B2}- [Best Science Fiction] N/A
I didn't watch any of the nominees fully. Next year should be a better choice in this category for me.
-{B3}- [Best Horror] N/A
The only one I watched was Another but it was a disappointment so I won't vote for it.
-{B4}- [Best Mystery] Hyouka
-{B5}- [Best Drama] Chihayafuru
I was considering Sakamichi no Apollon, but Chihayafuru is the stronger series here.
-{B6}- [Best Romance] Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun
-{B7}- [Best Comedy]
N/A
Again there should be better choices for me next year.
-{B8}- [Best Slice of Life] Hyouka
For what I consider "slice of life" Hyouka emphasizes this more than Tsuritama the only other series I would consider.
-{B9}- [Best Sports] Chihayafuru
I didn't even think about Tsuiritama being sports at first but of course that is a really great choice as well, but this was always going to be Chihayafuru for me.
-{C1}- [Best TV Series] Chihayafuru
-{C2}- [Best OVA] N/A
-{C3}- [Best Movie] Hotarubi no Mori e
Only saw Fullmetal Alchemist Milos and honestly I thought it wasn't good at all and almost goes against some things in the manga storyline.
Hotarubi no Mori e on the other hand is a wonderful adaption of a beautiful short story. It has all my support.
-{D1}- [Best Female Lead] Chihaya Ayase (Chihayafuru)
-{D2}- [Best Male Lead] Taichi Mashima (Chihayafuru)
All 3 of my nominations made it which I am super happy about: Taici, Natsume, and Houtaru. And heck Araragi is a good character too. This might be the strongest & hardest category for me.
But I really think Taichi is the best of the group flawed but constantly growing and improving. His character arc was a joy to watch.
-{D3}- [Best Antagonist] N/A
-{D4}- [Best Side-Character] Satoshi Fukube
Although I love Rider & he really made Fate Zero for me, he won last year and it's time to give another character a chance.
I had a hard time choosing between Natsume & Satoshi but in the end I went with Satoshi because I think he is the more complex of the two characters. Though I won't be upset if Natsume wins instead.
-{D5}- [Best World Setting] N/A
-{D6}- [Best Credits Theme] To the Beginning by Kalafina
-{D7}- [Best Soundtrack] Sakamichi no Apollon
-{D8}- [Best Ongoing Series] N/A
For now I am keeping this undecided if Space Brothers had made it that would have been my choice however as it didn't I can't decide between Shin Sekai Yori or Psycho Pass. I think both are excellent but until each finish I can't decide between them. I expect I will be nominating both next year at least in sci-fi and/or horror categories.
So in the end if either of those two win I will be pleased.
