I mean, Gundams with GN drives...there isn't a KMF that comes close to a Gundam.
And Macross Overtechnology weapons are so far advanced beyond anything in Code Geass that a single VF-01 Strike (armed with reactive missiles, 6 of them) could take out the whole friggin Britannian fleet and Damocles, so adding a Macross Quarter in there is waaaaay too much firepower.

Crossover technicalities aside, one sided battles are not as fun to watch :P
If you've played the game, you'll know that with your army of 60+ (Super) robots every enemy faction in the game has really no chance against your forces.
