Please, Bleach isn't related to Kenichi in any way
Agaard calls a draw, so in fact, plus all the flags in this and the previous chapter, we must assume that Apachai is at least uncapable of fighting right now, death is an option too.
Right now, we're witnessing a brawl... probably the best fight since DoD.
