Does Kaiki really not believe in the supernatural? What kind of not believing is it if yes? Does he consider even stuff like Vampires to be just imagination or what?

From what I watched in the anime, it seems he relies more on experience and factual information rather than just hear say and legends alone. Or maybe the reason is that the more he disbelieves the existance of these kaiis the less power they have over him (if the things Shinobu said about her experience in Japan are true then it may be for this reason).
On another note thanks to all who answered my question.
My feelings of waiting Tsukimonogatari is the same as of waiting for the next Durarara novel.
I feel sort of sorry for Hanekawa having to go along with Hitagi's Shenanigans though if she was for sure forced into it...
Spoiler for Kind of sorry... maybe sorry for her?:
Maybe that's not entirely true.
I WANT to read about Koyomi's punishment for laughs and fanservice irregardless if he's still naked and/or tied up (its his punishment after all) or Hanekawa being forced to or not!
You agree Hanekawa/Hitagi fans?
Well, thanks again everyone.
