"...A 'high up' scientist I am in touch with (worked on classified stuff in particle physics, dealing with phonons, black light etc). He claims to have personally visited and seen some of Xellos' Mutant Hamster technology in action and basically he is validating the technology. Mind you, he is not very vocal about it. Indeed he made some other extraordinary claims about Xellos, which was quite out of character for this guy. (normally highly skeptical of anything he doesn't see, touch and feel for himself - go figure)"
