Yes, it's the regestration from the site. Make sure it's properly activated. Though that's probably not it, as it would give you an account not found or wrong password message.
Do you have a firewall? It could be interfering with the log in. I've seen some strange things with firewalls and mmorpgs. On another one, my firewall blocked everything related to guilds, but the rest of the game worked fine.
I guess the guild data was sent by a seperate port or something... That's most likely the problem. If so you'll have to set it to allow access for flyff.
