Like I said in another topic, being stupid is not an excuse for him to get away with the things he does, but rather the reason he's hated. "He's in high school" isn't an excuse; thank god people in HS didn't act like that.

What he did in ep. 5 is inexcusable, cheating is wrong under most circumstances, and especially when Kotonoha did nothing to deserve that.

I blame Makoto more than Sekai because although Sekai is their friend, Makoto's the one in a relationship, not Sekai. If he was strong enough he wouldn't have cheated, but he isn't; he's a moron, simply put.
