Why not? Shiori has little to no close friends and this is the first time has been able to talk to another girl her age who shares some common interests with her.
I could even take it a step further - just like how Tsukiyo wanted to get to know Keima better, Shiori can learn more about what Keima was up to if she learns more about the goddesses.
