Scantalations stopped after volume 8 because it's licensed. The manga is not stopped. I've already read volume 9 which was just released last month, or was it two months ago? (But I'm not sure about chapter count). AFAIK, this manga is currently serialized in a monthly seinen magazine. Oh, I suggest further manga discussion or questions to be carried out in the manga thread.
