Hi,

I'm reviving an old thread with a new question.

I recently bought a Philips DVP3962/37B Divx dvd player.

Some of my anime plays perfectly. Some (H264 and such) won't play at all and some will play the sound track but no video. Sometimes it will say "This resolution is not supported."

I need to convert some anime to a different format but I'm not sure about the next step.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
