I tried switching between the English and Japanese tracks during a conversation between Haruka and Ai and couldn't listen to it for more than a minute or two. Even worse was the attempted representation of a Kansai-ben accent for the world's most glamorous particle physicist,
Uchida Ryoko. She sounded like she had just left an afternoon tea party in Birmingham, Alabama.
I generally find most English dubs unpleasant, but the one for Noein is, as sothis puts it, "unbearable."
