As for myself, to answer the thread's question... I'm basically going to go with Deathscyther's answer, I guess, though I'm a bit more partial to lighter hair than darker hair (probably blond is my favourite overall, though I like all the other colours mentioned too). Also love when characters tie their long hair back with large bows (ref: Corti in Polyphonica, Sana in Mashiro-iro Symphony, Otome in D.C. II, etc.).
