Get a Butterfree
• Compundeyes
• Thief
• Stun Spore
• Sleep Power
• Skill Swap (move tutor in pokemon V...probably can't get in Pokemon VI)
→ Compoundeyes will increase the chance of finding a lightball
→ Thief lets you steal the item (without catching, if it has one)
Since you're going to need to level it anyway
→ Stun Spore/Sleep Power (lets you catch other things)
→ Skill Swap (lets you know what ability it has)
