external electrical control? well we haven't seen her fight an opponent with the same element and no one is dumb enough yet to use an electrical attack at her. So I think she had perfect control.
Bio electricity? like what Accelerator is doing? She could had done that to enhance her speed if she could so utilizing it might be helpful. but really I'm no good at those terms and ideas so I can't really answer on what can she do if she get stronger other than blast a lot bigger bullet for railgun and a lot faster than 3 x the speed of sound railgun. Well her name is the railgun so if it's a power up then it should be her ace attack that needs more tune up.
