the art feels weird but not too bad, as there are lots of actions (mostly running)
in my opinion, Saki wanted to stop and simply pointed to that guard as an excuse, i guess she does not want to be same with bonobos (or she prefers Shun?), if that differs from the source, so be it
anyway i agree this episode did not explain many of their actions and the things around them
