You don't like the extra bonus for leveling? And I don't understand why would it be a bad thing anyway. I don't force myself to reach Paragon 100. It's just there to show me that there is anything for me to gain while hunting gears.
On the topic of Tank DH, isn't the proc chance is lower, but they are doubling the LoH, Crit, and Life steal amount on weapon already?
