After Suzuha's revelation back in her arc about Okabe being the leader of the rebel group, I find it hard to believe that her timeline is one where Kurisu knew Okabe and was forced into working for SERN to save him. More likely it was a timeline where she never met Okabe, possibly stayed close to her father, and was drawn into SERN that way.
