Blizzard has said that they will have
pseudo LAN support, in that it will just connect to batte.net for authentication purposes before dropping back to LAN connection. This is mainly to circunvent people using illegal copies in lLAN parties, which doesn't seem like a bad move for me. They have also said that the 3 different games will work more like
1 game 2 expansions in terms of the pricing. Not the nicest move, but not the rip off some people are trying to make of it.
