When Shannon cleans up the dining hall Oct 5 in episode 2, it mentions there's a tea set. In episode 3, Gohda brings them water. Tea might cover the taste of a poison or sedative that water wouldn't. (OTOH, why do they ask for water in episode 3? If they were planning on staying up, something with caffeine would be usually be better.)

Doesn't Rosa bring tea which Shannon later prepares? It's possible Rosa or Shannon (I'm not suggesting either is culpable in any given game, just that they could be) could drug it, although I think in some episodes it's consumed at different times or not at all.
