If Tsukune becomes a "Ghoul" They'll have to kill him, as theres no going back once his body is that far gone. So... no, Moka won't be sucking on his blood.
I think the real Moka (aka inner Moka) is more submissive than she's putting herself out to be. XD I think she's a heavy moaner... lol
