Geez, we have more earthquakes than that in Sicily. I think people tend to associate earthquakes with California because it had some of the biggest earthquakes throughout history, even if they're infrequent. I think that's where the misconception comes from.

The problem with these "loli" manga is that the characters are not underage even if they look like they are. Lucky Star's a good example of that, although it's not exactly XXX rated.
