Only the Vector Account's dead (as in, unusable until UW resets). Gabriel's still alive, and will log back in with a different account later.

They're both over a hundred years old, I think the age difference thing is probably obsolete by this point? Besides, despite their actual age Berculi at most looks 40, while Fanatio is at most 30-ish in looks IIRC according to WEB 7 stuff.
