The title gave it away somewhat - Death and the Strawberry (which was the title of the first chapter, with Rukia first stabbing Ichigo) 2
Also, Zangetsu (if that's what his new sword actually is) looks badass
*edit* I've just realised that the title page only appears after Rukia appears, and that I only got it because it was on the scanlation feed (which shall remain nameless) I was reading - mega fail on my part
