To be completely honest Takao IS stalker with crush and submarine-tans was always creepy dolls (aside of omakes) and we knew for while about not having Yamato.
And lastly for me Kongou-sama has as much of prestige as Yamato, but problem is it's not same kind of prestige, but geting merged with Yamato took away that anyway.
