Is not the saikoroshi the worse porssible world in a general sense?
Basically, all residents of hinamisawa get moves all around japan, as seen in the onisarashi, any ex-resident of hinamisawa can turn into a sadist killer provided there is not a cure, so we have at least 1,000 killers all over japan just waiting for any stressful event to blow up.
The only con i see to this theory is having dr takano actually find a cure for the virus, as Irie does nto for obvious reasons.
