There no where stated where Melqart has gone too. Did Godou really defected both Veretragna and Melqart? I don't think so, but I did said "Pandora told Verethragna and Melqart to bless Godou"
and the only way Melqart can be together with Verethragna at the same place as talking to Pandora is when they are both dead.
