@ Demi - As I understood it, what happened was: First Alice dies in SH 1, then Yuri goes back in time in SH Covenant ending, then does the good ending where Alice lives. This is supported when Roger tells Johnny that it's the first time he saw the manuscript resurrection when he does it himself before that when Alice died.
