Appears the Jiggle butt Gang probably fixed the sign as that time it led them to there destination. I liked Lucy's original whip better but the upgrade is more practical because now it has substance and she can use it to swing or grab with and not just attack. Being it's got some substance to it it's now probably much stronger than the original.
