We know that Akeno and the girls had a conversation with Rias after there little therapy session with Issei which somewhat smoothed things over between Issei and Rias so we can safely assumed they discussed with Rias the emotional scars Issei had from his first girlfriend. Also Issei has made some progress he is now dating Rias and calling her by her actaul name.
