Indeed, everyone was sent all around the world after OGG. There's no need to have such a large force together all the time. Or such powerful mecha, hence why Ryusei will most likely not be starting in the R1 and the SRX wont be formable until later. Most likely because of testing issues as they work on the SRX successor and the individual ART series. Which should be getting everyone excited since we may get to finally see the rest of the ART units and maybe get an upgrade for the R-Gun. Heck the R-Sword may even get completed!
