Hmm.. We probably won't see water based zoan fruits. True. But maybe we will see fish people with zoan fruits someday! It would be a killer combination, fish men are born stronger than humans and if they had a zoan type fruit then it would further increase their fighting strength. Would be quite the killer combination!!
And YES. Cockroach would be ultimate!
