Well multiple people can have the same fragment, he could have gotten the power from someone else. I guess Seth was the only one strong enough to gain a stigmata.
Though I don't if he is a Adam to say, there might be another reason why he can cling to walls and the ceiling. He might have a really nice pair of cleats.
