What's the Mysty (I presume that's probably Mystic?) Symbol do?

For Milla, the way I use her is to only use her quick-cast artes. Specifically, my moveset consists of Fireball, Wind Blade (the cheap one that she starts the game with), the dark arte that forms an orb, and Whirling Blade (or dancing blade... something like that, just to get the element from her weapon when Fire or Wind won't do).
Wind Blade and Whirling Blade are the go-to attacks. Due to their cheap nature, it's easy to just about spam them without worrying about TP too much as long as you're also doing regular attacks. Fireball is good for knocking the opponent down a good 70% of the time (which works great with Leia as the link partner), and the dark orb is great because it lasts longer than your reset period.
