Can't begin to explain why, but even after seeing Haruhi, Yuki, Mikuru and Tsuruya goodness in episode 12 I still had enough space left in the kawaii region of the brain to recognize that Mai Zaizen is quite cute as well. Heh.. I've been a drooling fanboy of female bass players since Talking Heads and White Zombie times.... though all four final members of ZONE are damned cute. One of the videos I found on Youtube starts out with a short introduction by the 4 members --- and as my older son says "the goofy one is the drummer... heh, I knew it" - she won the goofy cute.
