Finally! The third OC for my fanfic

Spoiler for Appearance ::

Blonde Long Hair Hair and some part of her hair tied to left side & the rest become ponytail
She having quite sexy voice, quite beauty face and She have quite good proportion (About Mikoto to Itsuwa Level)

Spoiler for Personality ::

Nice personality, she also someone that able to make friend quickly, and her manner quite lady-like

Spoiler for Background::

Student from England and also followed a ESPer Curiculum that make by England, She followed Sieghart to Academy City to develop her power more and as a representative of her country
Her father is Prime Minister of England, and she happened to know Laura Stuart
But she have not to many friend because she is the only child and since her father is the PM, sometimes she become target of assassination

Another thing; She, Sieghart and Merry happened to be room-mates when they in England.
There are several issues about it.

Mirror Force(Level 4 with potential to Level 5)
Active ability and Defensive purpose (Can't be used for offense)
Like it name said, ability to reflect any attack (It almost worked like Accelerator's vector shield, but it much weaker) at certain level (Around Anti-Tank Missile Power Level)
Another thing, unlike Accelerator, she can expanding her ability area (her most minimum is 20 cm and max is 20 m)
Of course, doing this, making her defense exposed

Will be appeared at : Chapter 6? (After Angel Fall event and 3 story Arc) (Mikoto's opponent) (Lost after tried to block the railgun that Mikoto shoot. Good thing it not hit her)
