. As for his reason of butchering Godou, we don't know anything about his motivation other than the fact that he's a professional Campione KILLER. He has purged the world several scores of it's campiones before heading back to sleep every time the world it's cleansed of the Shahanshahs.He may have no reason to kill Godou other than the fact that he's a campione.To the gods, campiones are abominations that must be purged. I am sure that you should have known by now having read nine volumes.
