Oscar is definitely a member of Ash's harem by the end of vol. 7 since Ash saved her.

Most of the girls don't realize Oscar's true gender until they have to reveal it themselves at the end of vol. 7. So far besides the student council members and Oscar's maid, Oscar's 3rd bro and his girlfriend (princess Cassandra, the 2nd princess of Lautremont, Silvia's older sister).

The guy who did the summary in Thai (which I then translated) seems to love Oscar so much since the content of summaries for vol. 7 and 8 are 3-4 times longer than what vol. 4 and 5 has. But I just simply hate her for being easily forgiven for what she has done. But at least she's really gorgeous.

I almost forgot that Ash has a mom and an imouto. I actually mentioned them in the spoiler. But that's all the detail we have.

I actually think that even Oscar's maid falls for Ash. Oh! Arnia seems to fall for Ash too. And Julius is seen travelling together with the psycho female professor from vol. 1. As for Mirabel... she seems to be uninterested in love. Veronica only cares about Silvia.

And surely you won't want to miss out this. Narvi is a new addition to Ash's harem (she already likes Ash from the beginning).
