well... he opens the death gate and he is dead!!! althought for some time he is "invencible" so to speak.
And imo Lee can beat Neji since Neji had trouble finding even Naruto when he became faster due to the Demon Fox Chakra, so if Lee removes the Weight in his legs and opens the 5 gates he can open (think its 5 =P can really remember) he can beat Neji since he can't keep up with him!!!! even the armor of Sand wasn't efficient so i don't think his Divination Whirl will do any better unless he does it randomly and sometimes block the "invisible" attack!!!! his eyes are great, but not that great....
