Episode 17 was fun.

And before anybody asks, no, I did not watch any unetho-sub, I watched the raw I grabbed off the Ny.

This episode is just like a part of the articles Kero Gunsou linked to, animated. So if you want the jist of the story and cannot understand the raw, read up.

Spoiler for episode note and the historical basis: According to the article, the historical event that this episode is based on, where Oryou, the woman who saved Ryoma(sic)'s life, should have run out "stark-naked" when she ran up to warn Ryoma(sic) of the coming dangers... guess they can't animate that and just half-assed their way with a blanket wrapped around her. This is the one time they shoulda stuck to the facts Buy this show on R1 when it comes out.
