The flame haze army was crushed, but the actual flame haze that are contracted to powerful Guze no o are all still alive. And they outnumber bal masque's top members.
Flame Haze side
Shana, Eastedge Southvalley, Westshore, Wilhelmina, Margery, Khamsin, Rebecca, and many more powerful flame haze are still alive with Sophie.
Tomogara side
Yuji, Sydonnay, Bel peol, Mammon, Harborym/Stolas, Ribersal/Pirson, Orobas/Leraje.
The weak tomogara cant do anything in a battle against them, and would only be getting in the way.
