Obviously a clear and present danger that far exceeds many relatively minor risks that those people have anxiety attacks about (being shot, being bombed, etc) .... yet each year those people and their leaders fight and balk at solutions that would save tens of thousands of lives (like drunk driving laws, seatbelt compliance, mass transit, etc). Oh well...
