Different mission.
The Tetrarch is the NA month-long mission reward.
The T-25 is the On Track to the E-50M mission's reward, though its implementation has changed from the (ridiculous) way that they've given out the On Track rewards in the past.
I mentioned the T-25 mission and the Tetrarch mission together because you would need to do about 17500 XP per day in the E-50M's tech branch to get the T-25, but that figure would also be sufficient to pick up the Tetrarch for the month-long mission.
And I almost just typed "Tet Offensive" instead of "Tetrarch."
